PRAYER Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to reimburse the medical expense to the tune of Rs.97,145/- (Ninety Seven Thousand One Hundred and Forty Five) incurred by the petitioner for the treatment of his wife in the year 2003 based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.12.2020 in light of the orders passed by this Honble Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to reimburse the medical expense to the tune of Rs.97,145/- (Ninety Seven Thousand One Hundred and Forty Five) incurred by the petitioner for the treatment of his wife in the year 2003 based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.12.2020 in light of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 14.12.2020, and dispose of the same in the light of the proposal submitted by the 6th respondent, dated 19.11.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
