ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025 and 30.09.2025. 2.Mr.B.Vijay, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 1 st respondent. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 2 & 3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been in continuous possession and cultivation of about 10.23 acres of agricultural land situated at Bhandarapalli Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupattur District comprised in Survey Nos. 299/1A/1, 299/2A, 306/1A1 and 307/2A, for over a period of fifteen years under lease arrangement from Kalaimagal Sabha. The petitioner was regularly paying his lease payments, which was also accepted by the 1 st respondent. Under these circumstances, despite regular payment of lease rent and active cultivation, the 1 st respondent issued a public auction notice dated 18.05.2025, proposing to sell leasehold rights of the subject property through etender. The petitioner has made a representation dated 29.09.
2025 to the 1 st respondent requesting that the subject land be registered in the petitioner's name or otherwise protected from auction by narrating the petitioner's long-standing possession, regular payment of lease amount and substantial improvements made on the subject property and the representation dated 30.09.2025 to the 2 nd respondent, seeking protection of the petitioner's lawful tenancy and requesting appropriate action to prevent any alienation or auction of the subject property.

6.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
