3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation, which will be considered by the fourth respondent and disposed of on merits.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
