ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 04.09.2025, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the Sub Division of the property and for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3/6 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property by virtue of a registered Sale Deed dated 20.09.2021. The patta also stands in the name of petitioner's vendor. The petitioner submitted an online application on 04.09.2025 for Sub Division and for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property. Since the same was not considered, a representation dated 16.09.2025 was given by the petitioner. The same also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the representation submitted by the petitioner on 04.09.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
