ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to consider the representation dated 25.09.2025 thereby seeking direction not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property comprised in survey No.275/A situated at Ayal Village, Shollingar Taluk, Ranipet District.
2.
The case of the petitioner is that the property comprised in S.No.275/A, Ayal Village, Shollingar Taluk, Ranipet District to an extent of 1 acre was purchased by the petitioner by the registered sale deed dated 21.06.1982 vide document No.2631 of 1982. Subsequently, the petitioner was also issued patta for the said property. It is bounded on the southern side by the property comprised in survey No.293A to an extent of 35 cents which 2/6
is classified as Government poramboke land. Now the respondents allowed the general public to use the subject property as pathway to access the main road without any due process of law. Therefore, the petitioner submitted representation.
3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is also made clear that though the subject property is patta land owned by the petitioner, if there is any pathway, cart track, or poosthithi pathai available in the subject land as per the revenue records, the petitioner cannot object the general public to use the subject land as pathway.

With the above directions, this writ petition stands 3/6
