ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition as "the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.257 of 2025, 1/4
on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur instead of the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.257 of 2025 on the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23979 of 2025 dated 01.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is complying the all condition imposed by this Court except the deposit amount a sum of Rs.20,000/- and property involved is worth about Rs.4,500/- only. He further submitted that he is willing to abide any modified condition and willing to give solvent sureties with bond of Rs.10,000/- and also ready to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-. Hence, prays to modify the same.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent on instructions reported that the petitioner has not complied the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), and considering the nature of offence committed by petitioner, this Court is not inclined to modify the anticipatory bail condition imposed by this Court dated 01.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23979 of 2025.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 27.10.2025 (1/2) ssi 2/4
