ORDER

Earlier this Court had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26546 of 2024, dated 25.10.2024 with certain conditions imposed against him. Subsequently, he has filed Crl.M.P.No.17932 of 2025 seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner and the

same was modified and condition complied by the petitioner. Again, the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No. 19599 of 2025 seeking to relax the bail conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 17932 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 26546 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent/state submits that all the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26546 of 2025, dated 25.10.2024 have been complied with by the petitioner herein. 3.In view of the above submission made by him, all the conditions imposed against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 26546 of 2024, dated 25.10.2024 are relaxed in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
