ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24305 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. However, he further submitted that the case is under investigation.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24305 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025, is modified that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for investigation".
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified.
