The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 336(2) of BNS in Crime No.08 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner has already been arrested in this case and hence, nothing survives in this petition.
