2. CMP.No.25687 of 2025 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent Krishnaveni Ammal in CMP.No.23488 of 2025 in CMA.SR.108681 of 2025.

3. CMP.No.25690 of 2025 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent namely Krishnaveni Ammal in CMP.No.23488 of 2025 in CMA.SR.No.108681 of 2025 as respondents 7 to 9 in the above petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

6. These applications have been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent viz., Krishnaveni Ammal as respondents No.7 to 9 in CMP.No.23488 of 2025 in CMA.SR.No.108681 of 2025.

7. In order to have effective justice, these petitions are allowed.

8. The proposed respondents/legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent Krishnaveni are impleaded as respondents 7 to 9 in CMP.No.23488 of 2025 in CMA.SR.No.108681 of 2025. 07.11.2025 msr Note: The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in CMP.No.23488 of 2025 in CMA.SR.
