ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the appeal dated 01.07.2025 pending before the third respondent.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the third respondent to dispose of the appeal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Aggrieved by the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka. No.521 of 2024, the petitioner has preferred the abovereferred appeal before the third respondent dated 01.07.2025.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 01.07.2025, referred to supra, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
