This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 3 rd respondent dated 30.08.2017 and for a consequential direction to the 1 st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.02.2025. 2.Heard Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

3/7 petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 and 7. 3.In the considered view of this Court, the proceedings that have been put to challenge by the petitioner pertains to proceedings dated 30.08.2017. There is absolutely no explanation on the part of the petitioner as to why it took the petitioner such a long time to approach this Court and file a writ petition. Apart from that, this Court also finds that the brother of the petitioner had already approached the Civil Court and filed a suit in O.S.No.300/2017 and this suit was dismissed by the District Munsif Court, Perambalur by Judgment and Decree dated 27.06.2023. After having lost that round of litigation before the Civil Court, a fresh attempt is now being made to file a writ petition before this Court and seek for a similar relief.

4.There are absolutely no merits in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
