ORDER

This Court was dismissed the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25294 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025 on the following reasons: "6. Considering the nature of the dispute, taking into the fact that the arrested accused/A1 is still in judicial custody and also the petitioner has two previous cases against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

2. The learned council for the petitioner submitted that A1, the arrested person, has already been released on bail, hence there is a change in circumstances. Hence, prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. However, considering the earlier order stated above, it reveals that the petitioner is also having previous cases, hence anticipatory bail was dismissed.
