Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the petitioner is no more and sought time to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Though this Court granted time on three occasions to enable the counsel for the petitioner bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, no steps have been taken so far. Hence, this Writ Petition stands abated. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.22773 of 2005 is closed.
