ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, on instruction, would submit that authorities have conducted inspection in the subject land. Encroachments have been identified in the water body. Form 1 and 2 notices were also issued to the encroachers. Therefore, enforcement action will be completed by following the procedure.

2. In view of the above submission, respondents are directed to conclude the enforcement action by following the procedure and by affording opportunity to the parties, and complete the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
