ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.374 of 2022, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tambaram.

When the matter was listed on 25.10.2025, there was no representation and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today. Even today, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the trial in this matter has commenced and LW-1 has been examined as P.W-1 and the case now stands posted on 21.04.2026 for further examination.
