ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 18.09.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard Mr.V.Ramanareddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he had purchased the subject property by virtue of registered sale deed dated 24.04.2025, registered as Doc. No.1720 of 2025 The patta for the property was also obtained by the petitioner in Patta No.1195 dated 29.04.2025. However, it is seen that the third respondent had mutated the revenue records and issued patta in favour of the fourth respondent 2/4
through proceedings dated 24.05.2025. In view of the same, the petitioner submitted an online application on 18.09.2025, seeking for transfer of patta in his name. Since, the same was not acted upon, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 18.09.2025 and pass necessary orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
