Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records 1/4

relating to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka. No.278/A1/ 2025 dated 13.03.2025 by the 4th respondent and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to draw salary based on the fixation of Selection grade in the Post of Primary School Headmaster with effect from 23.09.2008 with all consequential and other attendant benefits For Petitioner : M/s.M.Kaviya For Respondents For R1 to 4 : Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, Special Government Pleader For R5 : Mrs.J.Sree Vidhya

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 13.03.2025 issued by the fourth respondent thereby directed the teachers concerned to submit explanation for the audit objections within a period of seven days.

2. It is seen that on receipt of the said notice, the petitioner submitted explanation on 07.04.2025. However, so far no order has been 2/4

passed on the explanation submitted by the petitioner by the fourth respondent. When the petitioner submitted explanation for the notice dated 13.03.2025, the petitioner cannot challenge the notice. However, the petitioner submitted explanation for the notice dated 13.03.2025 and it is pending for passing an order on the file of the fourth respondent. 3.

In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to pass orders on the explanation submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
