By consent of both parties, this petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed for a direction to second respondent to consider the 2 / 5
petitioner representation dated 25.08.2025.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that his marriage is a intercaste marriage and they have begotten two children. The private respondents claiming to be a village panchayatar are threatening the petitioner that if his parents and his blood relatives talk to him or come to his home, they will be ostracized. Even his relatives are afraid to speak him, whether inside or outside the village. Even the private respondents conducted public meeting declaring that one should talk to him because he married a women from a different cast. Therefore, the petitioner has made a reprsentation to the respondents 1 to 10 on 26.08.2025 and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, seeks for a direction.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunities to concerned. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
