O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to sanction one notional increment which falls on 01.01.2025 and pay the terminal benefits with 10% interest to the petitioner.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2025 seeking one notional increment with interest, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.140, dated 25.04.2018 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
