2. The first petitioner wold aver that on account of the accident, her husband died and with her limited income, she finds it difficult to maintain her family. Therefore, delay of 229 days has occurred in preferring this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 229 days shall stand waived.
