ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title on the ground that the 3rd petitioner in impugned order namely R.Arthi has been wrongly included in the order passed by the court below.

2. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the said Arthi was not at all made as party in the suit and her name is wrongly shown in the cause title of the impugned order.

3. If the name of the 3rd petitioner namely R.Arthi is wrongly included in the impugned order by the Court below inadvertently, it is for the petitioner 2/4

to move the very same court seeking deletion of her name and get proper certified copy for the purpose of revision. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. As a necessary consequence, the Civil Revision Petition is directed to be returned with direction to petitioner to produce amended certified copy of order impugned in revision.
