ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") for appointment of a sole arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties arising out of a joint development agreement dated 28.05.1996.

When the matter came up for hearing after service of notice to the respondent considering the nature of dispute, it was suggested that the matter can be resolved amicably between the parties.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the dispute has been settled amicably between the parties.
