ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the impugned order dated 11.06.2004 passed by the second respondent, wherein, the second respondent fixed pay scale of the petitioner at a lower pay band and did not include the past services of the petitioner in the parent institution.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the impugned proceedings have been cancelled by the respondents herein and they have refixed the salary of the petitioner by passing the order dated 03.10.2005. Hence, the writ petition may be closed. An endorsement has been made to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
