ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in connection with charge sheet in Spl.S.C.No.169 of 2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) took notice for the first respondent and submitted that the trial has commenced in Spl.S.C.No.169 of 2022.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, seeks permission of this Court withdraw this petition with liberty to recall the witnesses. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle in this regard.
