Respondent Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 Act, praying to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in bail order granted to the petitioner on 01.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 23887 of 2025 in Crime No. 451 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER
Earlier this Court granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23887 of 2025, dated 25.10.2025 with certain conditions:- "Para 6(b) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in bail order granted to the petitioner on 01.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 23887 of 2025 in Crime No. 451 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.
2. After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court modifies the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 23887 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025 against the petitioner, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.6(b) which reads as follows:- "6.(b) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m once in a week i.e., on every Monday for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
3.The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.23887 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025 shall remains unaltered.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 25.10.2025 MSM
