ORDER

When the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.03.2025 enquiry in CSR has been initiated on 01.04.2025. He would further submit that the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry and if the petitioner co-operates for the enquiry, investigation will be completed and appropriate orders will be passed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate for the enquiry.

3.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for enquiry and the respondent police shall complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
