This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue Work Site Inspection Certificate to the petitioner forthwith.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the Work Site Inspection Certificate has already been issued to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
