ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24402 of 2025, by order dated 08.09.2025, the bail was granted with the condition that "the petitioner, shall report before the respondent police on alternate days daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three months. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that final report is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24402 of 2025, dated 08.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
