ORDER

The petitioners have filed affidavit of undertaking which is signed by the first petitioner for himself and on behalf of the second petitioner. The petitioners have undertaken to vacate and hand over vacant possession to the respondent/landlord by 30.04.2026.

2. The respondent/landlord acknowledges the fact that the affidavit has been filed and the respondent is also agreeable for granting time till 30.04.2026. Further, he placed reliance on the order of this Court in CRP No.1966 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025 (Mrs.Ganodwala Inayat vs Tmt.M.Durdana and another), where, in a connected revision petition, time has been granted to the tenant and further a direction has been given that in the event the tenant violates the undertaking given before this Court, the landlord is entitled to proceed for contempt of Court.

3. It is open to the respondent/landlord in the event of breach, to approach this Court by way of contempt and seek suitable direction. Until the tenant vacates, the petitioner is directed to pay the rent and also not induct any third parties into possession.

4. The affidavit of undertaking shall form part of the records.
