O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.09.2025 by the respondent police in connection with Crime No.173 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982, R/w 7(1) a (ii) of E.C.Act, 1955, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner joining hands with three other accused involved in transporting 11,000 kgs of rice meant for public distribution system. Hence, the present case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case and hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that, petitioner has one similar previous case.

5. Considering the nature of the gravity of the offence and

considering the fact that the petitioner has one similar previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
