This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 583 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal.Sr.No. 84881 of 2025 against the Judgment passed in Special Sessions Case No.202 of 2019 on 05.01.2024 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court of POCSO Cases Thiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 583 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
