PRAYER: - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent herein, relating to the order passed in Na.Ka.J4/41695/2003 dated 12.5.2003 and to quash the same, and consequently, to direct the respondent treating the licence granted to petitioner on 04.12.2002 in Retail Licence No.66/2002-2003 for his shop in Ponnamaravathy Town panchayat for the excise year 2002-2003 as the renewal of previous year license 2001-2002.
