ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.02.2025 made in the writ petition in W.P.No.1102 of 2025.

2. This Court, while disposing the writ petition in W.P.No.1102 of 2025 on 17.02.2025, had directed the second respondent to consider the fresh representation of the petitioner, in view of the direction issued by this Court, and pass orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner. Alleging non compliance of the said order, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3. When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of this Court in W.P.No.1102 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 has been complied and the name of the petitioner has been removed from the history sheet.
