ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 18.07.2024 made in W.P.No.6592 of 2024, directing the respondent/Sub-Registrar to register the document presented by the petitioner.

2.Today, Mr.S.Ramesh, Sub-Registrar, Thiruporur Sub-Registrar's Office, is present before this Court.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the document has been registered as Doc.No.178 of 2026 today on the file of Sub-Registrar's Office, Thiruporur. However, due to change of jurisdiction, now, the same has to be transferred to the Sub-Registrar's Office, Kelambakkam, and after assigning new number at Sub-Registrar's Office, Kelambakkam, the document will be returned to the petitioner tomorrow. The said statement is recorded.

4.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present. If any there is any deviation, the petitioner can bring the same to the notice of this Court and revive the Contempt Petition.
