ORDER

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that the online application of the petitioner was considered and order was passed on 05.09.2025 by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2872/2025/a3. The copy of the order was also handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

2. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
