This contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16354 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate produced the proceedings of the District Collector, Tiruvannamalai, dated 23.10.2025.
