Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring clause 15(1) for admission to the M.B.B.S./B.D.S. a illegal, unconstitutional insofar as it excludes consideration of grand children of the freedom fighters and consequently direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner herein for admission to the M.B.B.S. Course under the Special Category for children of Freedom Fighters.
