COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing on either side are present and would submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court and have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 25.03.2026.

2. In view of the said settlement, this Criminal Revision Case may be disposed of in terms of the Mediation report and the Settlement Agreement dated 25.03.2026.
