Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent herein and quash the order dated 11/06/2004 in Letter No.8249/G/04-3 and direct the 2nd respondent to grant an order of stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the award in A.R.C.No.328 of 2000 dated 12.04.2001 passed by the Hon'ble Registrar of Chits, Madras-1, pending disposal of the appeal filed before the second respondent.
