This petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.16 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court, by order dated 16.09.2025, dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner on merits. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to pay the amount alleged to have been misappropriated by him within a period of two weeks.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to pay the said amount.

4. Post the matter after two weeks. In the meantime, the respondent police are directed not to arrest that petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent is directed to intimate this order to the respondent police for necessary action.
