2. In view of the merger of Vijaya Bank with Bank of Baroda, the present writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the cause title.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the petition being allowed.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary and consequential amendments in the case file and post the matter on 23.02.2026.
