The application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to grant leave to the applicant/plaintiff to file the suit before this Court against the respondents/defendants.

2. According to the applicant, they filed a suit for damages, and the substantial part of the cause of action arose within the Jurisdiction of this Court and the defendants are residing outside the Jurisdiction of the Court. Therefore, they filed this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the substantial part of the cause of action arose within the Jurisdiction of this Court and the defendants are also residing outside the Jurisdiction of the Court, this application is allowed. Leave is granted.
