Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order made in Na.Ka.10125/2003/E dated 4.3.2004 passed by the first respondent in confirming the order made in O.Mu.3747/03/A2 dated 7.5.2003 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from superannuating the petitioner from service with effect from 31.8.2004.
