Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Order No.14567/Elec/2004-6, dated 03.09.2004 passed by the first respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to expunge the remarks made against the petitioner and his family members on 20.02.2004 from the Minutes Book of the proceedings of the meeting of the Chennai Corporation Council.
