This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 447 days in filing the above appeal against the decree and judgment dated 23.01.2024 passed in M.C.O.P.No.1101 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Court, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Jawahar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 447 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
