ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the Tender Notification. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
