This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 201 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order dated 15.11.2024 passed in Crl.A.No.187 of 2022 on the file of Addl. City Civil Court, Chennai and C.C.No.1535 of 2018 by the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 201 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
