2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Government Advocate and perused the materials available on record. .3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in
support of this petition, the delay of 420 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of Rs.2,000/- to the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent.
