The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.K.Sudalaikannu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the above condone delay petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, this petition stands allowed. The delay of 62 days in filing the above Writ Appeal, is hereby condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the main Writ Appeal and post it "for Admission" in the regular course, if it is otherwise in order.
